This sweepstakes is sponsored by Wild Moon Boudoir Studios, a boudoir photography studio located in Cabot, Arkansas.
Sweepstakes Period:
The sweepstakes begins on January 9, 2025 and end on 16 January 2025 11:59 PM CST.
Eligibility:
The sweepstakes is open to women who are legal residents of the United States, 18 years of age or older, and willing to travel to Cabot, Arkansas for the photoshoot. Employees of Wild Moon Boudoir Studios their immediate family members, and individuals living in the same household are not eligible.
How to Enter:
No purchase necessary to enter or win. To enter, follow the instructions provided in the Facebook or Instagram post related to this giveaway. Limit one entry per person. Duplicate entries or fraudulent submissions will result in disqualification.
Prize Description:
One winner will receive:
- A professional boudoir photoshoot at Wild Moon Boudoir studio.
- Professional hair and makeup services.
- $500 Collection Credit
The prize is valued at approximately $1000. It is non-transferable, cannot be redeemed for cash, and cannot be gifted. The photoshoot must be scheduled within 24 hours of notification and will be held on a weekday, subject to the photographer's availability. Failure to schedule within the required timeframe or attend on an available date will result in forfeiture of the prize.
Winner Selection and Notification:
The winner will be selected in a random drawing on or about January 17, 2025, from all eligible entries received during the sweepstakes period. The winner will be notified by email and/or text message and must respond within 24 hours to claim their prize and schedule the session. If the winner fails to respond or schedule within 24 hours, they will forfeit the prize, and an alternate winner will be selected.
Verification:
The winner will be required to:
- Provide a valid government-issued photo ID.
- Sign a publicity usage form allowing Wild Moon Boudoir Studios to use their name, likeness, and images from the session for promotional purposes without additional compensation.
- Complete and submit any necessary tax forms if applicable.
- The winner is responsible for any applicable taxes associated with the prize.
Publicity Release:
By accepting the prize, the winner agrees to allow Wild Moon Boudoir Studios to use their name, likeness, and images from the photoshoot for marketing and promotional purposes without further compensation.
Liability Release:
By entering, participants release Wild Moon Boudoir Studios, its employees, and agents from any liability for injuries, damages, or losses resulting from participation in the sweepstakes or use of the prize. The sponsor is not responsible for technical errors, fraudulent activity, or any other issues beyond its control.
Additional Terms:
This sweepstakes is governed by the laws of the State of Arkansas. It is void where prohibited by law. Wild Moon Boudoir Studios reserves the right to cancel or modify the sweepstakes if unforeseen circumstances arise.
